Client AA: Blank letter to the client, input text
of your choice.
Client AB: Letter to the client stating that you have not
been able to contact him/her by phone, requests that client contact your office.
Client AC: Letter asking client for more information about
potential Social Security benefits, includes request for information to be sent by Social
Security.
Client AD: Letter asking client to authorize review of Social
Security and medical files, includes request for information from Social Security and
authorization to review clients medical records.
Client AE: Second request for authorization to review Social
Security and medical records.
Client AF: Letter to confirm the clients first
appointment, contains information on what to bring to the appointment.
Client AG: Letter reminding client of date and time of first
appointment, as well as what to bring.
Client AH: Letter notifying client that first appointment was
